Eunice provides a broad range of trusts and estate planning services. When working with Eunice, clients can expect to gain a trusted advisor. Her ability to put her clients at ease from their first meeting and seamlessly delve into their situations and family dynamics enables her to develop a lasting relationship with her clients built on respect, compassion and integrity.
Eunice’s experience includes preparing comprehensive estate plans, assisting clients with complex estate and gift planning goals, and providing counsel on gift and estate taxation and sophisticated wealth transfer strategies. She works closely with her clients to gain a clear understanding of their unique personal and financial circumstances and helps them define and meet their estate planning objectives. Utilizing wills, trusts, gift planning, and other tax-efficient and specialized techniques, she provides tailored solutions that address her clients’ individual needs and goals.
During law school, Eunice was a judicial intern for the Honorable Thomas Dunevant III at the Arizona Tax Court. After law school, Eunice served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Michael J. Cruikshank and for the Honorable Paul E. Tang at the Pima County Superior Court in Tucson, Arizona. She then worked in Denver, Colorado, where she practiced in the areas of estate planning, commercial real estate, business law, and commercial litigation. In 2015, she and her spouse moved to the Upper Valley where she continued her trusts and estates practice at the law firm of Stebbins Bradley for 9 years before starting her own practice.
Eunice’s community involvement includes serving on the AVA Gallery and Art Center’s Board of Directors as a Director, Secretary of the Board, and Co-Chair of its Governance Committee. She has also volunteered for Wills for Heroes, a program which provides free estate planning legal services for first responders, and the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program.
Outside of work, Eunice’s interests include visual and performing arts, traveling, cooking and baking, and yoga.
